Center is a thriving Silicon Valley community of over 300 startups from all
over the world. Our mission is to help startups grow. We accomplish that
mission through a number of strategic partnerships, including 170 investors
who participate in regular screening sessions exclusive to Plug
and Play members. We also have active International, University, and
Corporate divisions to create an ecosystem of innovation that goes beyond
just startups. In addition to offering a professional working environment
that is as flexible as Silicon Valley itself, we host a number of networking
events, we offer various educational programs and seminars, and we offer a

We promote and protect the industry’s interests through
grassroots-to-global policy advocacy, while helping our members grow through
providing access across the country — and around the world — to commercial
and government executives, peers, financial analysts, and investors. The association’s
headquarters is located in our nation’s capital and we have a total network
of 20 offices across the country and two overseas. Through affiliations with
the Technology Councils of North America (TECNA) and the World Information

Northern Virginia Technology Council The Northern
Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) is the membership and trade association
for the technology community in Northern Virginia. As the largest technology
council in the nation, NVTC serves about 1,000 companies from all sectors of
the technology industry, as well as service providers, universities, foreign
embassies, non-profit organizations and governmental agencies. Through its
member companies, NVTC represents about 200,000 employees in the region. NVTC provides its
members with: • Over 150 networking and educational events per year; • Comprehensive member benefit services; • Public policy advocacy on a broad range of technology issues at
the state and regional levels, with involvement in federal issues as they
relate to workforce and education concerns; • Community service opportunities through active involvement in
community projects and philanthropy through the Equal Footing Foundation. |
