ICT Forum of Hammamet: Participants welcomed signing of Human Digital Solidarity Charter

HAMMAMET (Tunisia)- The Forum of ICT (information and communication technologies) wrapped up Friday in Hammamet (Tunisia) with the adoption of a final declaration, in which the participants underlined the importance of the "Human Digital Solidarity Charter" signed on the occasion of the fifth edition of "ICT 4 all Forum-Tunis+5." The participants also expressed their satisfaction regarding the progress made by the African countries for the strengthening of the main communication structures and the development of necessary means to enable access to modern services, and emphasized the importance of national strategies set up by African countries that take into consideration the concerns of young people, especially job-seekers.
