The CFE in the Beirut suburb of Bourj el Barajneh is a joint project of Mercy Corps, Professional Computer Association (PCA), and IJMA3 that aspires to educate and increase computer literacy in the local community, and prepare community members to compete in the business market. The CFE holds language training in English, and hosts a range of different projects such as the Platform incubator, schools support, and the Connected Community project. In addition to training sessions, the CFE hosts exhibitions, presentations, conferences or seminars, and serves as a gathering place for the surrounding community.
