In partnership with Mercy Corps and USAID, the Connected Communities project aimed to enhance ICT skills in Lebanese communities in order to promote job opportunities, access information & technology, and develop community relations.  The Centers, located in communities around Lebanon, empowered communities in using ICT through providing tailored services, training, and community outreach.  A wide range of training programs have been delivered, including English language, Photoshop, A+ certification, basic ICT skills.  In addition, ICT has been used as an enabler to dialogue concerning social issues, and ICT labs have been equipped.
