EMLED, administered by Relief International, supports municipalities in Lebanon in creating an enabling environment for local economic development, creating jobs, increasing incomes, and improving livelihoods in 130 municipalities throughout Lebanon. IJMA3’s role encompasses a range of activities aiming to create a viable resource relevant to community needs, including creating a knowledge sharing portal, assessing community needs and priorities, IT training, content gathering, and marketing and advertising.
