Administered by AED, the Lebanese Business Linkages Initiative (LBLI) project seeks to build directly on work done to date to provide the foundation for building an increasingly competitive ICT industry. LBLI will expand ICT opportunities for SMEs by increasing marketplace opportunity, harnessing private sector creativity and working with the business community to create a business environment more conducive to economic growth with equity. In addition, the project will define potential sectors and areas of regional opportunity for Lebanese companies, and examine the role and effectiveness of domestic agencies supporting ICT companies. IJMA3 administers all aspects of the project’s operations related to ICT.
