The companies participating in this workshop have to be client companies of the IESC AIM-IT program . For non-client companies , p lease fill and sign the attached Client Contact Form and Business Questionnaire , then fax or e-mail the forms to IESC to become clients of the program. It is a free of charge application process.

As part of the capacity building activities within IESC AIM-IT program, the software project management training provides the ICT companies with needed professional project management skills. The latest software project management training and assistance enhances the level of competitiveness inside the local software development companies, and expand the companies' potential for reaching regional and international markets and establishing new business linkages.
This activity is sponsored by the contribution of the American people through USAID, and implemented in collaboration by IESC and Microsoft.
The series of software project management training workshops provide the participating ICT companies with practical know-how on using the latest software management tools provided by Microsoft to enhance the software development cycle, improve team collaboration, increase overall software quality, reduce project costs, and boost production efficiency. The training workshops are designed to enhance the competitiveness of Lebanon's ICT companies in the international markets.
Meanwhile, IESC ICT Division, Geekcorps, international Volunteer Expert, Mr. Steve Porter, delivered interactive hands-on training and simulation labs on the latest Microsoft software project management tool. Two training sessions were scheduled in June with the first training workshop held on June 11th -15th June while the second workshop was held on 18th - 22nd June 2007.
