The Stockholm Internet Forum

SIF, is a conference that aims to deepen the discussions on how freedom and openness on the internet can promote economic and social development worldwide.
  By The Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs/ .SE (The Internet Infrastructure Foundation)/ The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida)
  From 27/05/2014 to 28/05/2014
  Place The Stockholm Internet Forum will be held at Münchenbryggeriet (The Brewery) at Södermalm in Stockholm.

It was held for the first time in April 2012 and for the second time in May 2013. The next SIF will take place on 27–28 May in Stockholm.

The Forum aims to bring together policymakers, civil society representatives, activists, business representatives and technical community representatives. Freedom and openness, respect for human rights, innovation and global development are the key concepts for the Forum.
