Algeria, Tunisia to seal ICT cooperation agreement

TUNIS- A cooperation agreement in the field of post and ICT (information and communication technologies) is due to be signed Friday between Algeria and Tunisia, on the sidelines of the international forum on information technologies being held in the Tunisian city of Hammamet, Minister of Post and ICT Moussa Benhamadi told APS. Upon his arrival in Tunis Thursday afternoon to take part in the forum, Benhamadi emphasized the importance of the international scientific event, meant for the promotion of information and communication technologies in favour of youths. The event is meant to strengthen dialogue and exchange of views and expertise on issues interesting youths and their involvement in achieving UN Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), the minister said.
