Orange Jordan is the exclusive partner to establish a telecommunications network for the Boulevard Project

Orange Jordan recently signed a cooperation agreement with the Abdali Boulevard project, marking yet another notable addition to its long track record of strategic partnerships.

Orange Jordan recently signed a cooperation agreement with the Abdali Boulevard project, marking yet another notable addition to its long track record of strategic partnerships. The terms and conditions of the agreement stipulate that Orange Jordan provides the Boulevard project, the largest within the Abdali project, with a fully designed telecommunications network, alongside the fiber optic network needed to link the project’s buildings and common areas together. This will be implemented under the full supervision and guidance of Orange.

The Abdali Boulevard Company designed a network that is to satisfy all its current and future telecommunication needs. The network is to utilize the latest technology trends internationally adopted, especially in the field of fiber optics. It is developed to link the fiber optic lines to user’s devices with a capacity no less than 1GB. On its part, Orange Jordan won the bid for the tender proposed by the latter for this project, as its proposal was the best on both the technical and operational level. 

The agreement was signed on behalf of Orange Jordan by its CEO Jean-Francois Thomas and on behalf of the Abdali Boulevard Company by its CEO Eng. Taher Al-Jaghbir, with H.E. Dr. Munther Haddadin,Board Chairman of Abdali Boulevard Companyand H.E. Dr. Shabib Ammari,Board Chairman of Orange Jordanpresent alongside executives from both sides.

According to the contract’s terms and conditions, Orange Jordan will be providing the latter with a comprehensive suite of telecommunication solutions including its signature IP TV protocol service which offers internet television. It will also be offering high quality, high security internet voice services through VoIP. Furthermore, it will provide corporate communication solutions that allow for internet management services using IPVPN Protocol, and it will also be developing virtual network services that will ensure high quality-high speed internet services in all areas of the project’s facilities, alongside WiFi connectivity in the project’s public facilities.

From his end, Mr. Jean-Francois Thomas affirmed that the agreement formed echoes Orange Jordan’s commitments to supporting both the tourism and service sectors in Jordan, as the company is keen on contributing to the efforts made to allow Jordan to stand out on the regional map of tourism and corporate sector development. The company achieves this goal by contributing to the development of services offered in the country’s main sites and developments.     

Mr. Thomas further stated that Orange Jordan will be providing the Boulevard project with services that adhere to the most updated technology standards. These services will give the project a competitive edge, as it will be able to respond to the telecommunication needs of its investors, business owners, and visitors. The services offered by Orange promise the highest levels of value, security, efficiency, and speed. These attributes will contribute positively to the project’s growth. He then ended his talks by stating that Orange Jordan is delighted to be selected to provide telecommunications services for a project of this significance as well as be the exclusive partner to establish a telecommunications network. 

From his end, the Abdali Boulevard Company by its CEO Eng.  Taher Al-Jaghbir said: “The Boulevard project will make the Abdali area stand out as a place that combines business and leisure in one space. It will also serve to boost the tourism and economic sector within the Capital, placing it at the forefront of regional telecommunications advancement.”

 Al-Jaghbi also stated that he was confident in the abilities of Orange Jordan in satisfying the project’s needs, as it has proven its long track record of advancement, efficacy, and strength in the telecom networking field. 

It is worth noting that the Boulevard enjoys a strategic location within the Abdali area. It features a long central 370 meter long and 21 meter wide pedestrian spine which is surrounded by 12 medium sized buildings, featuring luxurious retail outlets. The Boulevard will offer 400 serviced hotel apartments and 30,000 sqm modern offices equipped with the most advanced technologies as well as roof tops that include a number of restaurants and entertaining facilities.
