New service

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Communications has set forth a new online service in order to facilitate the telecom needs of its fixed line subscribers.

Ministry of Communications announced yesterday the commencement of the query and print of the ministry's monthly telephone lists on its website in order to make it easier for clients to know the amount of phone bills they owe to the ministry. A ministry press release said the application of this new service comes as a support for the query audio service (123).

It invited all clients to visit their respective control center to receive the PIN number so that they can take advantage of this service. The ministry praised the cooperation of clients during the previous period, particularly those who initiated the payment of money owed by them to the Ministry, including annual subscriptions. --- KUNA
