Job Scope-Summary
Assess, develop and accurately forecast revenue potential on country wide basis.
Manage the achievement of revenue and profitability targets through the direct sales activities as well as through indirect reseller channels
Build and Maintain high level executive and Government relations to help grow the business & establish Microsoft’s presence as the leading software partner of choice
Lead Virtual team members to close strategic sales
Engage regional resources to build strategic wins and deploy profitable projects.
Develop a strong and loyal indirect revenue channel through marketing & technical development programs
Drive customers and partners satisfaction with Microsoft
Candidate Profile
A degree in computer science with advanced studies is desirable
A minimum of 3-5 years in similar management position managing compels, executive level campaigns through the entire sales cycle and consistently delivering to challenging targets
Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial contracts
Industry knowledge; must demonstrate a good understanding of the industries in the country, the IT industry and Microsoft competitors
A highly motivated “Leader” with an ability to rapidly assimilate information, plan and drive shorter and longer term objectives
A highly effective team player who is able to motivate virtual team members from inside as well as outside Microsoft
Excellent communications skills
Highly competent at numeric analysis and written communications
